One of the things that I look forward to every day is this one thread. Man, you guys are awesome. The pictures, the loads, the challenges faced, the problem solving, the trucks, the way you guys jump in and help a rookie.

I would like like to see every driver be successful. But I especially want to see the OSOW guys make money, because the better you do, the better I do, and the less likely any of us will be pulling loads for cheap. Don't let one Beancounter come in and end the party. Heck, we already lost MrBeast, and I think that's tragic.

Remember, the beancounters hold sway in every other forum but this one. Here, they are comic relief. So no more rock throwing.

 

I hear what your saying triple six. But the hypocrisy around here is sickening. Just because some dingleberry gets his panties in a wad and pushes the report button then every "cool kid" is put on notice that we better play nice which is exactly what MT's comment last night was. I stand by my statement and the thought that we can't venture out not the open forum without threat of banishment is absolute ########.

They aren't ganging up, I know that it may look like that, but that is not what they are doing.

There is going to be people like that, and the best thing that can be done is to use the report button and let the staff know of problematic members, we are quite effective at dealing with these types of situations. Using the report button also keeps new and old members alike from getting themselves into trouble by "handling" a situation themselves, let the staff handle it, that is what we are here for.

We want everyone to feel welcome here, long time members and new members. When everyone follows the rules the forum flourishes, if we cater to the older members and let them get away with things, then the forum does quite the opposite. It's a hard balance to maintain, because we want the forum to bring in new members, and we also want to keep the guys and gals that have been here for awhile.

haulhand, no one is going to ban you for respectfully voicing your opinion.

I would like to move beyond this and return to our normal programing, so moving forward I think that it would be best that we not come back in here with "an issue" that we notice in another thread.
