    i know they should not, but what can i do if they keep my money, not me their. I didnt sign anything what says "extra charge" or penalty.BTW, I've been driving for 10 years. Regards,

    Tell them you want your money ,by law they cannot keep your $ ,call the labor board ,call the BB, call a lawyer
    .....lawyers are free if you have a case ,the lawyer gets his money when he wins the case .....if they don't pay up ,tell them you will see them in court ......i bet you get your $ back

    These Russian companies don't care about our laws, they do whatever they want and get away with it. You may get a judgement against them, but they will just go out of business then reopen under a new name.

    You are forgetting one major thing here. Being an Elk Grove Village outfit chances are they pay on 1099 so the driver is an "independent contractor" meaning the labor department will not get involved.

    i would say every second company in chicagoland advertising on CL or russian websites, and unfortunatelly they hire for 1099, so no labor dept compaints will work here,
