HH you do what you have to do. The fact remains that people are jumping to conclusions here and we are trying our best to be diplomatic about it, without having the same issues as in the past.
What you have to realize, is that since I joined the forum has grown 5 times over. We learn as we moderate, and deal with issues. We try our best to be better at it than the last time, with the least amount of infractions or worse. It's not always easy when people are assuming that we are out to get them. That is simply not the case. We are here to moderate, which is the same thing as refereeing, basically. We are human, and sometimes intent when typed on a screen is misread.
Not a single one of the mod team enjoys banning, giving infractions or warning people. Or even cleaning up huge messes that are found hours later.
I used to be able to say that the flatbedders policed them selves. Imagine my disappointment when I discovered that thread and what had gone on for several hours.
