Renew my dot med

    Yes the med card has to be registered at YOUR STATE'S DOT.
    TX (as in my home state) has an email you can send them a scan of long form and card.

    Check with your state's DOT for regulations and registration to your license.
    Today you just can't have one without the other.

    no not if you change your self certification to exempt. then you do not need a medical card, your cdl stays valid, but not for interstate comerse, just gotta change it back to non exempt before you drive for a company again. that way your CDL technicly stays valid the whole time and your record doesent show you ever losing your cdl.

    Just like Chris said, Finally able to move so went to dmv and switched to exempt intrastate this way i dont lose cdl then can switch back when healthy. Thanks all
