    I would imagine that they could've passed on you seeing how you are from nc. My last class had a lot of people from that region. And it seems they are getting even more from that area. So they might be overly full on nc area drivers

    I spoke with a recruiter about my situation. She was helpful and very honest! She kept it real with me. She said I've been out of a truck for too long and would need to get some experience or either go back to a truck driving school approved by TMC. I'll try to get some exp and try again.

    Nothing wrong with McElroy my friend. Some people don't like MTL because they ask you to look nice with collard shirts and a hair cut. No rings hanging out of strange places etc. You start at .43 CPM home every single weekend and almost never sit around waiting on a load. If this doesn't fit you it just doesn't fit you. Either way, good luck and be safe.

    I've talked with TMC, don't hire east of 95 so that puts Melton, Maverick and PTG for my list. I guess I live to far out in the sticks of NC. I like PGT but can't find a whole lot on here about them. Good luck to ya and hope you find what fits for you.

    Ive heard a lot of guys that leave TMC either go to Melton and PGT but end up coming back at some point.
