I can't say for the Argosy, from what I seen on google, I could not see a good place to park and there were no trucks in the lot, but the Ameristar just off of the of 435 and the 210 in KC has truck parking, I used to park there all the time, they have a good buffet if I remember (You no stay 4 hour).
