so far so good! i usually stay out 6 weeks and then request home time and off for 5-7 days. they take 2 weeks to route you home if you are west coast, so im home every 8 weeks. i could request to be home more i just choose to be out that long.

each time i have requested ive been home a day early. i just put in my request for end of this month as well.

    JBLittle Thanks this.

well after i dropped off in chino, ca i got another load from hesperia and headed to tacoma, wa. delivered that today and picked up some coils from kalama wa heading to sacramento. only about 800 miles but i dont have many hours this weekend. i was supposed to pick up tomorrow but i stopped by and they loaded me today anyway.

lower week because that repower screwed up my hours for monday. but still alright, should end the week with 2700+.
staying at a fairly small t/s off i5 about 5 miles from where i picked up. only had 5 hours today.

I'd gladly leave it alone! Unfortunately, the boss said I had to come play in it!

I've spent the last 20 years in the Phoenix and Las Vegas area. Humidity and I do not play well together! It was only 90 degrees when I delivered but I looked like I just went swimming with my clothes on!

Home in San Diego for a bit. Ran 5 weeks and not one reset in the whole time. Surprisingly I stay on the west coast for 2 and a half weeks. Had to do a repower to get home. I didn't need the repower but the other truck wasn't going to make it. It was one of those Yakima loads. Of.course got the other drivers crap tarps and lost mine with my v boards. Have to take the truck to get an malfunction light cleared on monday

Got the qc saying they are only giving us 3 hours to load, secure, tarp and roll out of Laredo. That will suck when its 100 degrees. I think the Mexicans are going to start making more money

they get me home usually on time. There has been a couple times I got home late bc my home time request didn't get put in or put in wrong when my DM was out of the office and a stand by person screwed up
