My friend had just completed orientation in Ellenwood, GA this past week. He told me today that he was going home for a vacation. Does Roehl always send people home for vacation after orientation? That just seems kinda strange to me.
I need a quick question answered about Roehl

Most likely they are not going to hire your friend and are stretching out time so they can collect fed credits and training money..tell your friend to go to www.ripoffreport.com Roehl has a lot of bad rip off reports..
I can tell you from my own experience that Roehl is not a good reputable company -
New or exp. driver?
-
Hire on on Monday, start vacation on Friday. Seems normal to me.
Lepton1 Thanks this. -
Job I'll be going to has orientation the first week then gives me a week off to get stuff tooken care of before I go on the road with trainer. So I'd say probly normal for company to do it. Plus they have to try and find a trainer for his location.
-
Roehl ether doesnt have a trainer for him right now or your friend just doesnt want to tell anyone he didnt make it past orientation.
www.ripoffreport.com is a joke and not worth even looking at. Anyone can post anything on there, nothing is vetted. Its hard to find any large company that doesnt have some negative posts on it. -
Is it a paid vacation?.....lol

Roehl driver ran into my new trailer one night,,did over $4,00o in damage, had a police report and the driver admitted it was his fault.
Roehl offered me $1,000 take it or leave it.. I sued Roehl and the driver,,ended up collecting from the driver..Work for Roehl and they will screw the driver.. -
I'm not sure how that translates into Roehl screwing the driver. Sounds like he screwed himself.
It was the driver that hit your truck, not Roehl.
It was you that listed the driver in your law suite, not Roehl.
It was a court that decided the driver was liable, not Roehl. They could have found Roehl partially or fully liable if they wanted to.
What did Roehl do? -
Roehl made the mistake of getting into the business of hiring truck drivers, many of which are partially retarded and will go on to say negative comments about the company for no coherent reason.Ubu Thanks this.
