I have done it a couple times but only when I really have to. I try to plan my trips a little better but there are always those unforeseen problems

Yep traffic has done that to me, had it planned to within 15 minutes, what happens, accident 10 miles out and rather use off duty drive than explain it to Kevin.

You won't be first. I was 1.5 miles away once at a Walmart, I threw on flashers and kept it under 25 lol. Ticked off a few four wheelers but oh well.

I'm parked at con, already unsecured and post trip, don't have to start your clock that way! If the customer has room for parking.

I'm in Rockford for del in the morning. I hope I'm not going to Chicago to pick up tomorrow. I don't like chicago.

Eh depends on what time you are empty, every time I'm there it is always something there or right outside Chicago.

Should be around 0930 I guess. I have 10 bundles of 20' steel on, shouldn't take long at all.

there's a SWIFT truck with a covered Wagon that pulled in not long after me, maybe he will help me fold my tarp in the morning! Show him how the big boys work! Lol.

Maybe I'll try to get him over to melton, I wouldn't mind a potential $1000 bonus!

At cons outside there gate. I wish I could get my truck off the road I would park on the gate. I did that before put the nose of the truck so close to the gate that they had to wake me up in order to unlock the the gate. Next week will be interesting I only pick up 11 hrs in the next three days after that a buch of ten hrs pick up. Also checked my email today and I have gotten the all clear from another job. I'll still be dragging a sb but I'll get to be home on weekends at 50 cent a mile. So this maybe my last time out west.
