post must be running together , USA is the very company that has put me in this bind , they refused to get me home after being out for 10 weeks . I refused to drive the truck another mile without a preset load home , so they got me a load going thru van buren and when I got there they fired me said I didn't report one of the accidents I had it's not true they show on my mvr the problem was I couldn't get any law agency to come out so there is no police report on the accident and I only left after waitng 4hrs. and accident told me that it was alright . they got me on a technicality

I am going to say this as gently as I can. Let this thing cool off a bit. Get another job. Breathe.....think.....self-evaluate. I do NOT buy the idea that accidents are a "matter of time" because of where you were driving.
Jumping from a lousy carrier to another lousy carrier is setting yourself up for another cycle of abuse. Break the cycle. Get your record cleaned up. Find a good, small carrier to take you under their wing and help. It will happen for you!! But you need to make GOOD choices and not be in a reactionary mode.wrongway<right Thanks this. -
I agree , that's what I'm working on now , but as far as cooling off I have , it's not going to do me any good to rake over it the last accident I had was determined by the insurance as non preventable that's the little thing that I can't get out of my craw but i'll let it go they used an accident that I wasn't at fault for it's ok I wasn't happy there anymore , like I said it's almost over and it'll be over when I get another job .

Keep your head up!! And keep working SOMEWHERE. A gap in employment is a bad thing these days. And I am serious about the self-evaluation .......there are lots of us that have been at this for 20+ years and never scratched a truck......I am NOT insinuating you are a poor driver......but please make SURE you are as good as you can be.

Not sure if this is a option but I had my first accident after driving for 5yr I enjoyed unemployment for a while then it got old picked up a factory job then worked for tru green and after it was 1yr old I filled out a online app at big rig jobs.com and at every phone call I started out saying I have a at fault accident eventually someone gave me the chance and I never looked back and next week I will have the title to my truck buying a trailer and doing very well
