I decided to go outside and try to rearrange all my tarps. Right now I have three up top on the headache rack, one in the empty space right under the rackI , and one on the side box. I was trying to figure out how can I avoid putting the one on the side box and under the rack but I couldn't figure out how.

Make them fit anywhere you can is all that matters. If your company lets you strap them to the deck it's much simpler.

I carry 2 lumber and one 16x16 strapped to the deck at the very front. Easy to get at and often don't have to be moved for no tarp loads.

Might want to put something over the chain hangers so they don't chew up the tarp. -
I've got one on the catwalk, 6 on the deck, and I left the other 6 at home. Going to go through my boxes this week to see if I can find room for a tarp or two.

We have tarp boxes. I keep my lumber tarps in there and acquired some steel tarps I have on top of rack.

If you roll them right you can fit 2 - 16x28, 1-16x20, 1-16x16, 1 - nose tarp (and 2 gas cans) in a 24x24x48 box.
