Cash Advances while fueling are good, I switched banks from Wells Fargo to Capital One 360, which used to be ING Electric Orange, Online Checking. The plus of that on top of no fees for anything is all those hundreds of thousands of no-name ATM's at truck stops, convenience stores, parking lots in the middle of nowhere are the FREE one's now! Comes in handy as those are the places I always am when I need money! If you find yourself at ATM's that are charging you check to see if it would have been free. That wound up being the case for me.

Run through the fast trak and let them send a bill to the company. Why some of you guys continue to pay company expenses is beyond me.

OK this is normal, at least they are paying you.

NO company pays atm fees but there is always a way around it. 5/3rd bank seems to be a no fee place for Comdata, I've taken out money to the limit a lot of times.

Why not name the company, I mean these are legit questions and you are not trashing them.

Getting personal money off a Comdata card is a bad idea. Comdata charges you and the ATM charges you. Always set yourself up with direct deposit to a bank account and have the debit card. If you are paranoid that someone will steal your debit card and clean out your account then set up two accounts you can manage online. Only have a little money in the account with the card, and keep most of the money in an account that you don't carry the card. Set it up so you can transfer money back and forth as needed.
