I hear that! I once delivered 4 pallets of Dannon Yogurt to Anaheim from Logan Utah and they paid the lumper more to unload them than they did me to drive them there.

Lately the big issue for me has been the sitting around while at shippers and receivers....Sunday night Fort Worth (receiver) 2.5hrs, Monday morning Fort Worth (receiver) 5hrs, Monday evening (Walmart) 5.5hrs, Tuesday (Shipper) 6.5hrs......19.5hrs...and looking probably on the business end of a 3hr wait where I am now....already been here 1hr and no action yet. And paid detention for the whole lot....probably 3-4hrs max. Ridiculous!!!

I feel your pain. Walmarts seem to be getting worse. You can't be there more than an hour early, and 10 minutes late, and that's at the check in desk, after the guard shack and docking and dropping, and your late. Been 3-5 hrs unloading, and they don't pay detention. Companies won't push for fear of not being able to haul for them. I was 6 hrs at shipper yesterday. Haven't heard about my detention request yet.

I'd be happy to sit at Customers right now.

Got a reset on my first load out from home.
Extra day on my Second load.
An Extra day on the last load.
Delivered it this morning, now had to sit all day today.
Doesn't pickup more than 24h after I dropped my last load.

    And..it's a 4 Stop Run.
With at least one extra day on it.

Haven't really looked that close at all the stops and distances/miles.

Well, as it turns out, I don't have an extra day. In fact I'll barely make it on time due to my 70 being at 6 minutes left when I parked a few minutes ago, and still 490 miles away. I didn't think I'd be anywhere close since I just had a reset.
