Yes, any Detroit dealer can. Make sure that you ask them about the torque rating. They can do 600 HP at 1850 ft/lbs or 2050 ft/bs. They won't set it any higher than the driveline rating.

Great, thanks. The truck is already at 560hp and 2050 ft/lbs. Dealer too busy to get me an answer. Any idea what the cost to up rate is?

Probably the same as any other hook up to the ECM. Probably an hour of shop time.
