We're here in Tuscaloosa AL can't deliver till midnight. It's nice to get a little break and sit down and eat. Not sure what we're doing next this is the first time we don't have a preplan. Might see spring chicken in winter haven on Monday. Never know. That's the best part about trucking, you never know where you might end up from one day to the next.
Spring Chicken Thanks this. -
Ok any one else on Elogs with irt these things are killing me. I seem to keep getting stuck on short milk runs any one know what I need to ask for to get out of the south east I'm making money but want to make more as all of us do any advice also hate not knowing my deadhead millage that I'm being paid is there a way to see on the qcom that I'm missing thanks in advance for any input you guys have.

Talk to whoever in dispatch is covering the southeast nowadays. Tell them you're OTR and you're only getting short loads and you need miles
-
We run elogs but running team is a lot different. On your load assignment it should have the deadhead miles on it. If its a long deadhead sometimes they pay that on a different load number starting with dh####. And all I can suggest about miles is complain about it to the terminal manager.Spring Chicken Thanks this.
-
I don't remember if the deadhead miles are on your load assignments....if they are they'll be next to your loaded miles
-
Mine is always 0000 and then loaded are there hmmmm
-
You have to call dispatch, find out who dispatched you on the load, then tell that person your deadhead miles aren't correct
-
If you don't get it corrected you may not get paid for those miles
-
Well someone got they're wires crossed and the place was closed at midnight, but we just got unloaded and are dead heading back to portales nm. I guess that's not to bad. Picked up Friday evening going to AL then back to NM by Monday morning for 2400 miles.
Spring Chicken Thanks this.
