Hello everyone,
I've seen a few threads on Cargo Transporters and didn't want to hijack a thread but had a few questions for any current drivers out there. One, what type of miles are drivers getting? Is their layover or detention pay? I'm not to concerned about home time, but what is kind of the average? I know CT is a West of the Mississippi outfit, but where could one expect to go? Any other tidbits would be greatly appreciated...
Thanks in advance for any and all responses!
John

Heard nothing but good things about em. Very picky about whom they hire too. They mostly run east of the Mississippi.
-
Wouldn't you want to work for a company that is picky? Personally I would not be interested in driving for a company that would hire just anyone..
-
No questions. I would love too. I'm still trying to get in with them. The recruiter is asking me to send him a copy of accident report that I was involved in back in 07 before I became a CDL driver. He won't accept me in orientation unti I send in that copy.

Rookie, Hope you can get in brother. I have a pre-hire with them, slated to start mid-October provided everything comes back good (it will, no tickets/accidents/arrests of any kind, ever).

Congratz to u good brother. Wish u nothing but good luck. I'm gonna go ahead fill out for other companies for the time being. Keep me posted man...
