Ingles does have a staging area before the gate, but you have to park in line in the far right lane. Better than nothing. But not much better.

George beat me to it, I was going to say pretty much the same thing. The TA in Candler is about 25 miles west of Ingles, the Loves in Marion about 25 miles east. I usually stay at Loves when I'm waiting on a Baxter load as the truck stop across the road is only open on week days.

My plans have changed and are looking better! They are sending in a swap and the other driver is bringing me a load out of Newark going to Waco for Tuesday morning. A bit of a stumbling start but this could still easily be a 3000+ mile week without trying hard at all!

Does that mean your back in Council Bluffs? Well dang. I'm in Omaha. The ####### and I went to the Roadhouse for supper tonight. Man!!!!! Can that place put out a steak.

After managing to avoid NYC for several months, I've got back to back trips going there. Don't think I'm going to enjoy this one. It's a chinese place in Maspeth, then East Windsor, CT, with a final in Randolph, Ma. Ought to be intersting, at least.

In Waynesville, Nc. I have more than enough time to do delivery and get home tomorrow. So why stay there and Have nothing around. All my shower credits are at Pilot and under 30 miles.

Two more drafts. I love the NFL season cause I will not be on FB as much. Too much drama. I am starting to get like Cranky with that.

I got a great deal on a 26" TV LCD for $100. My wife can sure shop just look at our bank account. LOL

    Be safe out there

I was talking about the guys and girls here doing a lot of running around in Florida lately. I keep my eyes open for TransAm trucks here but it seems I never see them. Last one I saw was a neighbor who drove for TA and that was more than a year ago. But then, I avoid I-35 in Austin like the plague.

No doubt. What little I've seen said it was a 6.0 quake, the largest since 1989. Yikes. I hope the damage was minimal.
