    I've been trying to get out of Charlotte for the last two years so when I found out they were hiring up here this was a no-brainer. Mike seems like a good TM and it seems like the freight is consistent, and if I do sit at least it pays a little more than SNBC for layover/detention.

    Not necessarily. As an IC, I pull a lot of preloaded trailers so I don't go into plants as often as company folks.
