i just bought a set of take offs from my dealer was if you have any tips chevyho 6 wires to 8 and did you cut the middle stud off or drill cowl as 379 has 5 studs some help would be appreciated thanks

I drilled another hole, if i remember right the 389s had more ground wires, wire them together then to 379 harness. Use a volt meter. Sorry it was a long time ago cant remember colors.

Thanks for the reply I got all lights to work on the bench test but can't figure out where the two extra wires for the led strip on the top of light go.does that strip signal as well and do you like the lights. Without measuring I assume the other studs fit just drill the one I really thank you for the help will be installing on weekend

The led strip does not signal.. Comes on with marker lights, i believe mine was tied in with marker lights wire. Everything lines up except yah have to drill one hole for the extra stud. I find them to be a vast improvment over stock 379 headlights. View attachment 83602
