Got my load from Indian to Lancaster tx. Show up at shipper and find out the broker never scheduled a pick up. So I will sit here all.day and get loaded last. Probably sometime around dark as per shipper. 8 or 9 hours of detention pay.

I've been to.WE 3 times and my loads are always a hassle to say the least. No matter how much padding I use I never seem to have enough and I have had to use every strap I got for all those loads

Lol. I threw like 10 straps and zero padding. Good to go!

Well, I lucked out. Pretty short height, full 48' and easy to secure. Did have an issue with some holes in the plastic and it had rained. Wouldn't annotate the BOL, but said the office would call Melton saying it was good. I let my DM know. Ended up having to call back to the DM to finally get the OK. Wasn't taking any chances.

Going to Salsbury Industries. Any one have info on them? Would like to spend the night, but can't tell from sat maps.

No regional at this time. Lots of traffic in the Houston area. Only way to find out is to give them a call.

We run all 48 forced dispatch. No regional. Houston shouldn't be a problem for you, Noggin lives in Houston and drove with Melton for a while. Maybe he'll see this.

I like melton, I'll be here until the kick me out.

    Triletter Thanks this.

I finally got home last night around 1030. Original cons failed drug trust at site originally to be delivered. Sat for 4 hours the. Got told to deliver it north of Atlanta at warehouse in middle of rush hour, oh joy. So got done there at 730 then went home.

I assume the forklift driver failed a random and was fired. Therefore no one was available to unload at location A. But I have no idea...
