You guys know what your talking about so I have questions that I think you'll defiantly be able to answer.
- If the tickets I recived(Stated above) were on inspections and not on an actual citations are they in my license or just CSA?
- I had a ticket thrown out but one was listed as a warning is that indisputable because it was violation on an inspection?
- Once the amount of time goes by (3 years) do they just fall off or do companies only go back 3 years on the CSA?
- When the time comes, what could I be looking at for a yearly salary with 3 years experience at SC or QC?

CSA is a sliding scale I believe they only go back 3 years but not positive
Hard to say on pay. Depends on your terminal and whether you do system or dedicated. Your local terminal manager should be able to give you a realistic expectation... I run dedicated/local. Less pay obviously put I'm home every weekend
I'd run your MVR and PSP and then call around so you know exactly what you have. Most mvr's are 10-15 bucks and your psp (csa) is 10 I believe...Google pre employment screening fmcsa. That comes back instantly. Mvr is instant if you goto dmv. You may find your record is better or worse than you thought. I'd be concerned with two 15 over for speeding I think that will be your biggest issue -
I have nothing to hide so here it goes.
I have a preventable for pulling my air lines part when I was in a drop year.
i got a lane violation and a warning for 15 over on a citation. He also have me both on an inspection. Went to court and got it thrown out but I've heard mix reviews. If it was thrown out then it's not on csa. It's on an inspection doesn't matter it still on csa.
then I got a failure to follow signs or whatever I missed a pre pass scale on the interstate but didn't go by the actual scale house but because I didn't roll over the pre pass plates they gave me that.
Then em my last but not least Gary Indiana I was at a one lane yield when a car tried to go around me on the right hand side as I was making a right hand turn she had no insurance I wasn't cited and she was for no insurance company says it's a Non preventable.
so as you can see it's been a hell of a year. My personal MVR no accidents ever and haven't had a ticket in 4 years. -
does anyone know anything about coal city cobb

I've heard it's still on your csa even if it was thrown out too...but that's all second hand. I'd run your csa and if it's on there dispute it to see what happens.
Can't hurt to apply and see what happens. I would definitely call any company after doing online application and explain it a little better. I'm not sure about QC but superior hiring process took about 6 weeks. I wasn't in a big rush though. If they accept application you go in fill out paperwork do road test, then do some online classes, then you go for dot physical, drug test, then physical ability test, then you go out with trainer, do some more online stuff, then goto training center for a week, you have to pass everything but it's not hard. Then your considered an employee once training center is complete -
Yea I just bought it. Nothing on there for preventable or non preventable. Only the violations. Deffiantly going to dispute the one that I got thrown out because that's still on there. Thanks for your help.

I had a lane viotaion and a following too close. It was not an issue at that time. (3 yrs ago). More than 1 speeding or preventable accidents seem to be the issues. Patterns that smell like it could be trouble.

It just get's old as heck and exhausting swapping trucks frequently. It's either that so you can keep busy or sit at home and not make any money. I will give the Morrow terminal credit for always making sure I had something to go into when my truck tore up. -
Had a little excitement today. I was heading South in I77 in WV this morning. Just south of Beckley the had construction shutting down the right 2 lanes. This continued to the I77 I64 split. The hammer lane of I77 was closed as well as the granny lane of I64.
I had made my exit onto I77 when this Chevy 3500 pick up came flying through the cones across the 2 closed lanes. I thought he was going to hit my cab but he saw me at the last minute and swerved. He still hit my trailer tandems a glancing blow. I was able to drive away and hoped to be able to make it back to the terminal.
Waiting on road service now to change a tire. Lost 50 lbs of pressure in 50 miles so getting it repaired

Nice. I had a guy merge into me back in December. Bent my step, totalled his pickup.
