HEB can be a problem---depends alot on which DC and what part of that DC--The Alamo isnt real all that bad ONCE you know the ins/outs--but they DO have an interesting dock procedure when it comes to checking and taggin BEFORE they sign your bills--being a little proactive WILL cut your time quite a bit...Not to mention they have a pretty decent break room....Also if your doing T/L---Do Not bother going to gate--unless you are just on time--go directly(as early as you want)to the overflow warehouse/staging lot--check in with the gurads there--They will ck you in and enter you into the puter--tell em you dont have a radio--they WILL call you--cuts out a good deal of the attitude at main gate...Im there 2-3x amonth--(ltl frozen--so little different)got it down to about 30 mins gate to gate..in SA--
BTW--although they will usually tell you no----this does apply to the Rittman address not just Pan American...

Thank you very much Mr. BD... :biggrin_25519:
I once had a front tire blown up but it was on my passenger vehicle and I was able to keep control of it... However that is MUCH lighter than a big rig...
I know one is not supposed to step on the brake and step on the gas instead... But my main question is... eventually one will have to stop the truck... What is the best way to do it? Slowly let go of the gas... That will make it even harder to keep truck under control...
I hope I never encounter a situation like that... Besides, one thing is to have a steer tire blown out on a straight road... and another is to have that happen on a curve, on a hill or something like that.... OMG... :biggrin_2554: Noo... I don't want to imagine...
