Roehl Driver Check In Continued

Last I talked to my FM (Back in like Feb. or March HAHAHA) He said he was training one after another and people were dropping like flies. hAHAHA

I have not been to a terminal since the beginning of the Gary remodel...So it will be interesting to see one when/if I ever get back around to one HAHAH

 

I finally got some home time after August 11, 2014 orientation.

Are all of the trucks beat to hell?
Mine's a POS. Battery/No Idle on the Prostar is busted to sheeeet.

FM is awesome. Back up FM was cool yesterday.
Anyone else have busted-###/broke 2012 prostar? Batteries are putting out 13.8v until the engine kicks in.. Afterwards, it runs forever/10+ hours.
Also, I can't use 5th gear.

Is there a newbie Roehl Snail thread somewhere?

 

I had a 2012 once I got them to fix everything it was decent.

 

How did you get them to fix it?
I asked and got laughed at.
I'm ready to quit already.

 

Squeeky wheel gets greased. Meh complain enough they fix it to shut you up.

 

If your idleing 10 plus hours honestly they will fix it once they see your idle percentage.

 

Try harder to hit it next time. Failure is not a option I got two in one shot when I was at roehl.

Seriously, how do you get maintenance to fix the truck.
I was issued a truck on 8/22
I've had the following issues(2012 Maxxforce):

Air lines at steering linkage(check the zip tie)
Oil leaks: friggin' everywhere
There's a bunch of radiators and they all spit; everywhere.
Dead squirrels in all of the tires, wires, and your momma's house.

The truck is a busted piece of sheet and I'm the new guy that get's to drive it uphill at 40mph
Maybe they can suck my cornerstone value.

 

If your trully serious talk to saftey. Oil leaks air leaks all dot shutdown if caught. If maintence not fixing and fm dont care call saftey.
