Hey guys!
What a great place filled with all kinds of information! Anyways a little about me. I'm 27 and live in Upland, CA. I just got job offered from Robertson's. I'm new to driving a truck in general and in need of a job. They want to have me sign a two year contract with them, and I'm really hesitant to do so. What does that mean if I do? Would I be banned or blacklisted from leaving the company for a better job? The guy said that I would also get load bonuses. Any information would be awesome. Thanks again guys!

Never heard of that unless they're paying for your CDL schooling.

I guess they have their own training. So yea I guess they do pay for it.
Chinatown Thanks this. -
I think KKW Trucking does the same with no contract.
Not positive on that, but think that's the way it works.
They're in Pomona.
Probably wouldn't be home as much; they run a few Western states. -
I'm gonna look into it. Thank you for the info!
