May has a dog policy too. Not a bad starter company, though they do have their moments...

 

My open, honest opinion is: Just pick one...eventually you will be #####ing and whinning just like everyone else...because you WILL get "screwed". Good luck.

 

I know Swift gets bashed a lot but I have a few friends that either drive for them or on a lease purchase agreement and they are very happy there. I think any large company would be fine. The only people that tend to crab are the ones that don't want to work.

 

Picking a starter company is hard. I chose one based upon size (I didn't wanna work for one of the majors), pay and location of my "home" yard.
