Any info about the Greensboro Weekend Shift: Friday-Sunday driver position as far as miles and what they have you do?

 

I haven't heard anything about the weekend shift in such a long time, didn't know if we still did that! You may have to give recruiting a call for that info.

 

I hated talking to recruiters..Last time I talked to a recruiter I ended up joining Covenant...the time before that I ended up joining the military Lolol.

 

LOL hey I did my time in the military (11 years) but would NEVER join Covenant. Don't think these guys over here at Epes are like that lol. I have been here now 21 months. I like my job very much...

 

Dad was on the part time weekend deal. He left fir and got back sun , most weeks. Think he ran about 1200 to 1500 miles a week, at .55 a mile. He really liked it. Had most of the week off, and still make good money. But at 78 , it was time to slow down a bit. Hope this helps. Give Melissa a call , and let her know you have talked me. Best of luck.

The weekend deal does not have insurance. Like most part time jobs.

 

No insurance on that position . But he was already on Medicaid /Medicare .

 

Surprised no one has brought up the three cent raise ? A move in the correct direction. But at a cost, loosing the safety bonus . No longer a added incentive to be safe , professional driver.
Have heard a rumor thirty people quit last week? Odd that many would quit ( if true) the week they give a raise?
