write to hireright and tell them the statement is incorrect ...if they wont correct it you can write ur own statement and have it added to the recorded

 

The best thing you can do is comprehend that trucking is a zero-defect kabuki dance of the absurd and get out of the industry. Short of that, just get used to getting screwed, ridden hard, and put away wet.

 

Hmmm, that's a new one to me. I've forgotten hoses and light cord a couple of times, usually when tired, but I always fixed it myself, before the company found out. Couple of other doozy's too they never found out about.

 

I'd dispute it. With so many drivers coming and going I doubt Wiener cares enough about you to respond. Worst case scenario is it stays on.

 

From what I've read on this site is hireright will contact Wiener and inform them that you are disputing their entry. If Wiener doesn't respond within a certain timeframe it will be removed. I would assume that Wiener would have to provide proof to support their claim but who knows.
