I don't normally boast about shippers or receivers, but I was so pleased with my experience here that I had to post. I showed up about 20 minutes late, and was fearful of being a dreaded "work-in." Checked in at receiving, gave me a door, and I was unloaded in less than 15 minutes. Needless to say, I was quite pleased, considering I was prepared for at least 3-5 hours. A+
At the other end of the spectrum, I picked up my next load next door at ConAgra, and the security guard was a huuuuuuge d-bag on a power trip.

Never been to this Cold Storage, but for Conagra.
Guess it depends on who is there.
Last time I was at Conagra.
There was a heavy set black guy, and he was a real .....
That's actually the only one I have had problems with, the others have been nice enough. -
I have only dealt with an older lady and young black girl and both were very nice. As far as Con Agra goes though they are hit and miss when it comes to speed.

Yup, that was the guy! When I left I checked out with a lady that was friendly enough. But the guy...he was just as unpleasant as can be.

Last time on my way out.....
He was sitting on my drivers side steps filing out the clipboard.
Got a chuckle out of that. -
Zero mountain is good I had a good experience with them also. Quick loading.

You've never met a power tripping security guard until you've gone to Bio Papel in Prewitt, NM and met Sgt. Shelly.

I also like Zero Mountain, one of the better ones. Also had good experiences at Ozark Mountain. Tyson in Springdale (and pretty much everywhere else) is the worst in my opinion.

Never had an issue at Zero Mountain. I've picked up there a few times and they were always promt and courteous. Made me believe in that Southern Hospitality, up until I got to the Pilot to scale out, lol. Zero Mountain is one of those rarities, where you know when you go back, it's good times
