Got my job offer yesterday!! Orientation in Dallas on the 29th... I have previous experience , not much in the last 3 years but enough recent to get on-board!! I can tell you folks thinking about Melton that I have ran flatbed with a bottom feeder and drove for some decent companies and this place seems to have their stuff together!! Great pay package, great equipment, and so far the recruiters have been soooo much more personable than anywhere I have seen out there!! Can not wait to get started!

yea melton is probably like my #1 choice, because of the pet policy and they seem like they so make it on a personal level almost.

The Dallas one is small.

havent been to dallas yet, or birmingham. came up on 6 months a few days ago!
welcome though!
hey jsp im not sure my fleet cause my checks have a number on it and then when i call my dm i get a diff number. but my dm is misty, shes really nice and helps me out when i need it -
So does gong to orientation in Dallas imply that's the "Fleet/terminal"
I'll be out of?? -
birmingham is my favorite terminal though.rcpilot Thanks this. -
Gotcha... Thanks! I originally thought the orientations were done in Tulsa, I had priced my plane ticket, as I am NOT going to ride a greyhound from Cali, LOL, and it was going to be around $250...with going to Dallas I got the ticket for $158 total.. Monica said they reimburse me up to $150...so that works for me!! -
For melton do you need to double clutch or can you float gears?

NoeDavid Thanks this.
