No need to be rude, I could have drove off and left it. There were no cameras and no traffic was going through there.
I called the police to file a property damage report and they told me to leave my insurance info in the door of one of the businesses, so I did.

Slid on some ice in a parking lot when I was 16 and hit a fence that belonged to house adjacent to the parking lot. 2am, no one saw me. thought about leaving. Decided to do the right thing, went around the block, woke the people up and gave them my contact info. Nothing ever happened and I completely forgot about it. Spring time rolls around and my mom wakes me up 1 morning to politely inform me that repair bill was $550. The owners though were so impressed with my integrity and honesty that they didn't have me pay it back.
My mom not so impressed since I had not said anything to her about it. and it had been 4 months.OPUS 7, NavigatorWife, Puppage and 1 other person Thank this.
