Maybe he does have less time than you, but it seems he got it right the first time around. I read some of your unintelligble post and wonder why you even tried. We are here, at least most of use are, to help our fellow drivers. Just look at Notarps4me's reputation, then take a look at your own. Do you ever think about why it is so low?

Yes,I think they were him hollering about tarping and polishing chrome, how rich they are becoming, and how fast them trucks will go. Sometimes Im the quiet one also.

My MSG #11 was a true and to the point contribution to the down low comparison on this inside scoop topic. You three backward thinking drivers would contribute way more to your bogus cause if you would continue with true factual information.

Lets apply a little simple math here. That was 5-10-07 this is 5-4-08 I would say that is pretty much a year.:biggrin_2559:

Some of us have a sense of humor and like to joke around. I like to crack at terry because he drives for TMC. He cracks at me because I drive for maverick. We are not upset with each other or dislike each other. Both of us post to help others on their decsions. You make claims on how factual your comments are and half of the time I can't make heads or tails as to what you are talking about. I am not saying that you don't post positive stuff, but sometimes it is like you have had the cap off the bottle to long before you posted. You are the one that brings up what mav was like 14 years ago. How is that adding facts to the element? Funny that mav has had drivers for over 20 years. How did they survive if mav was as bad as you claim?

I don't care what company someone works for. I help newbies that go to other companies as well. I have several that call me on my cell and I have nothing to gain from helping them. I have never gotten a hire on bonus for getting someone on at mav, but I think nothing of helping them if they ask me for help. The difference between me and you is I am not living in the past and have some grudge against a company 14 years ago that is still fueling. I don't dwell on my past. I learn and move on. Someone on here asked you why your reputaion was what it was. The rep levels are given by other posters. Maybe that ought to tell you something. The next time you want to try to pull me down saying I don't contribute facts as you do look at your own rep and ask yourself why it is what it is.

Ok then ? 10 simple months or whatever is one year ! Close enuff.

But anybody want to verify more than ONE of all these over 20 year MAV drivers.Im not seeing anymore of J. Irons anymore so it looks like Phil N. is the new "posterboy".

Theres a hand-full of 15yr hard runners. But 20 years is a strech driver wise with maverick. This is due to there not being anything there 20 years ago that resembles the current operation. But 15 years ago there was,and I can see the senior drivers hanging round 20+ years. That will come into play in another 4 years.. .Office wise is another story alltogther.

I would say somthing nice ,but I have this "Terrible Reputation" to maintain. Sweet Dreams.

i dont know alot about them, but i drove for tmc back in 2004. i was dedicated out of wright city olkahoma. i really enjoyed it and was completly happy. but one weekend at home i got a dwi ticket in my car. tmc let me go. but if i knew then what i know now, i dont think they really could of fired me. a ticket is not a conviction. you cant be held responsible if your not guilty of it. i learned all that with my attorney after the fact. but this was in 04, who knows how they are now.

I have talked with several drivers that have been with them that long. The last one I talked too a month or so ago told me this was his last week that he was retiring. I asked him how long he has been there and he told me 20 years. You find a company anymore that has drivers that have been there that long that ought to say something about the driver and the co.

Just Name 3 then. Phil N. is the first and only 20+ year Maverick Driver. Steve used to keep J.Irons around as his posterboy.

Shoot Nobodytarpin/Anybodytarpjob just name one other of these several 20+ year Maverick Drivers?..I thought not.

During the quest for the ultimate superace. The President of the company basicly cleaned house 20 years ago.Copied a rule book off a big player (J.B. Hunt),and reinvented theirselfs so many times it would make anybodys head spin.

    Im all ears here Dreamer....

There is a zero tolerance policy in place for DWI. It means immediate dismissal. I'm not defending TMC, although I understand completly, nor am I accusing you. You did get the ticket. I don't know if it was dismissed, pleaded down, but anything short of Not Guilty probably doesn't mean much to TMC.
