That's not unique to TnT. Heck, that's not unique to Prime!

It's most people's first exposure to it in an operational setting.

Not common at all. Usually appointment times will at least match. Whether they are ready for you or not, that's another situation. But, does happen though. Rare in my experience.

I'm usually running 1-2 days early, so trick is getting them to unload early. Sometimes it works, sometimes not. Others are dead set times, with no exception. You'll rapidly learn which ones. If we have a drop yard reasonably close, you may be able to drop an early load & get rolling on another dispatch. Can pick up several more loads per month over typical this way, and it sure makes a difference in the pocketbook when all said & done.

You are actually running more like super single during TNT, rather than a true team. Much more time & leeway built into loads to compensate for getting your feet wet. Along with building up your drive time (easy part), it's going to take longer to handle all the other "true job" things. That will take awhile, and with it you'll see increase in production & miles.

Sounds like your doing great & rolling with the flow. Definately going to have good weeks and bad weeks. That IS the norm. Ain't gonna see that rainbow without a little storm.

    Keep it up
    &
    PEACE

The requirement is 40,000 miles +/- depending on if you're ready to upgrade to solo status in the judgement of your trainer and FM. You get a 10,000 mile credit on that if you went through PSD at Prime to get your license.
