I was looking into the Great Danes through LCAPP. $1400 down and the 7% pay increase covers the trailer payment.

That is cool.
We can do cash so I have been checking everywhere. -
Finally got our paperwork done and did first load with our trailer last week
-
What kind of trailer did you end up getting?
-
an old landstar dryvan with vents
-
it's a 2005 wabash ... was a 653--- trailer
-
gotcha thanks, did you get it directly from ls?
-
I like the older 653XXX trailers. Always seem to have better luck with them and all the bugs are worked out. Picked up a new 694XXX trailer tbe other day and it was dog tracking about two feet to the passenger side. Prior to that had another new one that had a nasty air leak in the front axle.
-
no
kinda silly ..... I don't think LS is selling any and a new one would have taken me a while too.
I got it from TEC equipment in Portland they bought a bunch of Wabash places on the west coast. Clint is a nice salesman there. They have about 5 more old LS trailers. -
It isn't a perfect trailer. I usually like the new ones better.
But it drives straight. We put on side skirts and we can keep it up.
