Im not sure what models they are...8thnote they only offer freightliner and volvos only. I can.check what model they are later on. My trainer had either a 2012 or a 2013 freightliner. He got 8+ mpg running between 58 62 mph. Not sure what the volvo has never driven one before.

Volvo will be a nicer truck to drive but when it breaks down or you need parts you will have to find a volvo shop, which might be very far from where you need it. Freightliner won't be as nice of a truck, but dealers are everywhere. Both of them are good on mpg. I would get the FL because it has a detroit, and detroits are known to live for a very, very long time ... how many volvo engines do you see being rebuilt and going again? The wider dealer network would be more attractive to me also.

On a side note, have you read through all the lease purchase forums, and are completely comfortable with what you are about to embark on? ...

Volvo engine is horrible. So go with freightshake. If the volvo had a cummins id go volvo 10 out of 10 times

Different companies. The megas pretty much. Im not saying it isnt possible to make money doing it. I know it can be. But another aspect of it for me is the fact that i HATE being tied down with anything so with a lease good luck if i want to be lazy for 2 weeks or god forbid i become ill.

No thank you not for me.
