ok guys had my interview (wish me luck lol) and it is a 2 axle RGN to start then i work my way up. from what he said empty is 18 inches off the ground empty and 3 inches off the ground loaded with ~60k. how do you get around with a trailer that close to the ground with consttcion and crap?

I pull a 2+3+2 rgn, sometimes I have it 2" off the ground to get my height down. It can get stressful at times, especially when the routes your put on, and you have a high railroad crossing. Just have to take your time and cross at an angle. The best advice is to take your time and never get in a hurry.

15" of sag with only 60K ??? maybe 18" deck height and 3" ground clearance....which still seems awfully low. unless its a beam style trailer.

    SMTatham Thanks this.

And there are also double drops that have a detachable neck, and no landing gear.
