I don't mean to sound naive, but when exactly is the first check issued? My husband is in the process of getting his paperwork in order and setting a date to head to orientation. I was just wondering if that first week he's there ends with a check? Provided, of course, everything is passed.

 

He will receive a $50.00 payment via a prepaid credit card on day one to help with expenses but the first check is paid on the Friday of week two and then every Friday thereafter.

 

Between day one and the 2nd Friday there's nothing more, correct?

After being out of driving for awhile, I decided to get back in for many reasons and I'll be heading to Maverick in a few weeks. They look like solid straight-shooters and the recruit staff was excellent. Can't wait to get to Little Rock.

 

What are the odds of a 380 lb guy who doesn't smoke or drink of passing the agility part of the physical? I work with steel all day and constantly on my feet.

 

Hi Truckerdad, think it should be fine I think they have a test where you have to get in and out of the trailer well. It sounds like your plenty strong so should be fine.

I was around 350 when I did my agility test with them.
