It was not difficult.

 

I did lose about 25 pounds just getting through the securement training.

 

I lost 20 lbs in 3 weeks and hope I never find it again!

 

How was climbing the simulated load on the trainer?

Lay one tarp down horizontal and stand the other one vertical on top of it, no problems. Honestly the hardest part for me was the 2 minute stair step.

 

They must have bumped it up one minute cause I was told it was 3 minutes now.

 

It is actually 3 minutes, really gets your heart pumping.

 

Is this step up test, is it on a machine or like a regular stair?

 

step up test. Just a step that you step up and down in time to a metronome for 3 minutes. Not difficult at all but does get your heart pumping pretty good.
