You got it, don't sweat. Relax. If we're counting, I think I used 23 points to hit this dock tonight. Still getting used to a completely different truck.
Heres a good one for you. Last night after trying to hit a spot at the truck stop three times, with a guy waiting behind me I had to give up and circle around. Ended up finding another, but I just remained calm. You can't focus when your nervous and anxious. Another trick for your test is counting steps if you have to use a GOAL. Just discreetly count steps and use cracks to line up with a point on your truck. I used the truck step to make sure I didn't back up to far. Of course in the real world you bump the dock, but the test wants you to line up your rear bumper with two cones...

 

Hell, from the sound of it, you should file a complaint with the BBB if you pass.

 

Sounds like to me your understanding the physics to it and your mentality seems to be in the right direction. I'm sure you'll be fine. You sound like you really want it and that's what it takes. Even if something derogatory happens its not the end. Pride can be lost but, it can also be regained by those who want it.

 

After a while it all just starts to "CLICK" together. Just takes time and practice. You can do it.

That is correct, sometimes no matter what you do for a student they just can't grasp it. After all not everyone is cut out to be a truck driver, that why some people have to settle for being a brain surgeon.

 

Yeah, that. Just passed my test this morning. About a week ago the truck started going into the box even though I would swear I wasn't doing anything different than before.
