swift or prime

Prime. My nephew got on with them. After a long training period, he got 41 cents a mile.

 

I would suggest Prime also. Training is a bit longer than some places, but it is for your own good. You will be a better driver because of it. Pay is much better at Prime also.

 

I'm thinking between the two also. Heard Swift just did a pay increase effective 8/1.

Pretty good difference starting out at Prime.

 

Got your links a little messed up there, but pay at Prime out of training is at 43 CPM, compared to 25 CPM according to that link at Swift.

So 9 years at Swift before you hit what starting pay is out of training at Prime.

 

The money at Prime is definitely better. I also believe Prime is a MUCH better company and has an excellent training program.
