The pay on the Prime link is no longer accurate. The guarantee in training is now $700 a week, and company drivers got a 1 cent raise across the board that isn't reflected in those rates.
swift or prime

-
Millis Transfer is good; school in NC.
-
If a noobs get 43 CPM what does someone there get with 1, 2.. 5 years experience etc? I don't see those rates
-
They must need to pay higher mileage rates because their trucks run so slow
-
The raises are based on mileage, and I don't know what they are. I haven't been a company driver at Prime since April of 2007.
-
I'll drive a governed 40MPH truck if I get paid $1 a mile
-
If you pick your training company,
primarily based on pay,
you may be making a big mistake.
The vast majority of new drivers won't last 6 months.
Please keep everything in mind, when deciding.
Do tons of research,
and not just on public forums.Ditch Doctor and browndawg Thank this. -
just did a quick comparison between their CPM pay vs. my current percentage pay, I'll stay where I'm at. A SWIFT driver with 18 yrs exp. on CPM still makes less than I do with 17 yrs exp. on percentage
