I have drove for Falcon now 8 months. I drive the auto parts in the van division. It would be a decent job if it weren't for the low pay. If you can afford pretty much 2 monthes out of work, go ahead. They do say you'll make 700-1000 a week but its all talk. I only make $145/load and at the end of a 5 day week my pay only clears a little over $500. If you run Saturday, then it'll be 600 cleared. Depends on your run. There's a lot of time off because GM shuts down. You will have 2 weeks off in July, 3 weeks in October and 3 weeks in December. They will not tell you. You will not get paid for this time off. You can't file unemployment. They do offer OTR broker loads but I've heard from a few falcon drivers, they don't pay much and you have a possibility of sitting a few days, not making $. If you have to get a day off because of something out of your control, you will get hell and back. Needless to say, this is probably my last week. A few other buddies of mine that drive for falcon are seeking new employment as well. Any more questions, feel free to ask. Roll on!

When they showed up at a job fair at a local trucking school the tractors drivers side head light was being held on with duck tape. Not a great inducement to hook up with them..
