Yea, the "Old farts" dont like me.....but, what if you get another one. You will be in a much better position with your last one gone or reduced. All the best companies requier perfect driving records, not just me.

After 3 year no one but you will care, if he gets another one then its time to pay, not now. Its not you we dont like its bad information, your even wrong on the opening"Yea, the "Old farts" dont like me".
Now go to your room and write on the walls, I was wrong 200 times. -
your the one thats wrong, maybe the second one is worse and he cant get it reduced enough...as a CDL driver, keeping your CDL clean is the difference between a career and not.

Some of the better companies would want that 15+ ticket to be 10 years old before they would hire you, others would be okay with 5 years old. Swift, CR England, CRST, Prime would be okay with 3 years old if that is who you would be willing to work at for two years to get you to a total of 5 years old.

Richter, weren't you fired from Landstar for speeding a while back?
-
But he works for the elite flatbed company ......? He He...MJ1657 Thanks this. -
What are you talking about ? Logs ??? Wrong thread maybe ? -
No heavy foot , just came home from Korea and they had changed the speed limit between my town and another from 65 to 55. It is an 8 mile stretch going down hill and got pulled over. That was 18 months ago and had no clue it would even be a problem other than my insurance.
So from what people are saying should not be a problem in another 18 months which is about the time I plan on moving back to the states.
Not making excuses for speeding I admit I was wrong , just trying to make it right.

Thanks , this is the info I was looking for. If the speeding ticket will be a problem after 3 years then maybe it is best to spend the $600.
Do you mind saying what company you hire for ? -
I really, seriously hope you don't put much stock in much of what Richter's posts say. He, well to keep to the forum's rules, let's just say his POSTS are full of misinformation. And BS.
