1. Comfortable is better..don't dress ratty as this represents you as a business owner.(IMO)

2. If you no longer take meds don't worry about telling them..less is more and you've already passed your drug testing or you wouldn't be leaving for orientation.

3. Ask your recruiter about your bonus..usually they put it in your 1st settlement.

Ask plenty of questions and don't let go of something if you aren't sure.

I was going to get set up for a drug test but SNI has changed the regs or something. The person in medical said that they got an email stating that if someone is coming to orientation on a Monday then they are not to be drug tested til they get to orientation. I asked if the results would be back by Thursday when orientation is over and she could not tell me for sure. I thought you had to have the results back before getting into a truck.

Now I have another dilemma I lost my social security card and now all I have is a birth certificate. I know some companies only require one or the other. Does anyone know what the rule is for SNI? I left a message for my recruiter but she might not get back to me for a few days. I hope this is not a problem if so I might have to put orientation off for a while. I hope not.

 

I'd bring a copy of your old pay stub or tax return..if it has the SS card # I'd think you would fine.

 

Yup hibernation season has arrived. I went from a t-shirt to a Carhartt jacket that won't come off until the end of spring in the span of not even a week. WTF. The upside is... well there is no upside to cold weather. **** this ****. All I know is my days will be much less efficient as I sleep in an extra hour or two because I have the bunk heater on, it's about 76* inside the truck and I don't want to move. It's even cloudy and rainy like winter, no matter where you go. It all happened so fast.... I wasn't ready to let summer go yet.
