Garner Transpotation Raises Driver PAY! Woot Woot!

Garner in Findlay OH is paying up to 48 cpm for a driver with 10 years experience. PLUS another 2 cpm safety bonus which is paid weekly! Keep in mind this is for dry van, regional, home weekends, NO HAZMAT, and mostly drop and hook! This kind of pay is rare for any company, big or small! I am so excited!

 

I am happy with them! I have been here 2 1/2 years and they treat me well. I actually just had the owner of Garner ride with me for 4 full days this month! She was doing everything but the driving! Heck, she even slept on the top bunk and THAT sucks! She just wanted to see what we deal with everyday on the road and with the new HOS regulations. I don't imagine too many owners do something like that!

 

Garner just raised everyone's pay again! Another 1cpm, plus Breakdown pay is now $15 per hour after 1 hour, and detention is now $20 per hour after 2 hours. As of the first of the year, holiday and vacation pay is going up as well. I was surprised they are doing all this even while they are updating all the equipment, so we are mostly driving around in new equipment! It is really nice driving down the highways knowing that the truck and trailer are looking PRETTY SWEET!
