Probably not. The truck is not an issue - I like the Brat just fine. I'd love to run like this (except for the wait in Dalhart, but that was followed up with a good run) consistently. There are more reasons, and I just don't see those getting resolved. Besides, more of my weekends in nice weather will be on 2 wheels!!

I hear ya. Also, I wouldn't abandon the truck, barring something really awful or something out of my control. I'm even taking it to Gary, instead of leaving it at my park location (or even Cadillac, where I parked at first). Even if I hadn't given them 2 weeks, I'd have gotten the truck to the closest OC, and with an empty trailer/bobtail...i.e. with no load to be delivered. Professionalism goes a long way.

Gave them my notice when I came back out, not quite 2 weeks ago. Told them I'd stay through the end of the quarter so as to not leave them short without notice. Going to a more local gig, hauling tankers.
