That or a way to keep new drivers moving while they wait for a truck to come available. Also simce they already passes all there te stuff i dont see why it wouldnt b a dull blown team running. . Theres a video on your qc with explanation. Of sorts

 

Just my own personal feelings, I wouldn't have that warm and fuzzy teaming with someone with a whole week of driving experience. Hell,I wouldn't team anyway, I don't like people lol

 

But think about the extra money your missing. Thats the line my dbl throws at me. Was a trainer in my youth now I'm old 👵 no way

 

It isn't just the pay, though. How about keep your drivers moving (typed as I sit yet again waiting for a relay that was supposed to be here 2 days ago), communicate more promptly, staff second, third, and weekend shifts with enough COMPETENT people to keep things rolling and give them the authority to make necessary changes, maintain equipment - including non-truck equipment, like the Workflow system - so that there aren't repeated outages...did anyone get a message that WF was down again yesterday? I only know because I called just after it came back up.

Still in indy? Just greased washed the truck and hooked to my relay in indy. Time to go to Alabama

Edit again...moosc must have broken the truck wash. I tried, since I'm stuck here anyway, and the shop said there's something wrong with some motor or something. He said what, but after I heard that it wasn't working, it was just "Blah, blah, blah"
