    i have had my cdl for about 3 months been hauling grain for a farmer need to make more money.which company would be good to start with

    Read through the company DAC reports. Then check some of the postings as well. There are many good ones. And a lot more bad ones.

    You're going to run into some issues with experience. So be prepared for that, regardless of who you choose to apply with.

    I'd bet even money ANY company that hires you, will place you with a trainer for a period of time.
