A paid recruiter??? Wow. I've heard it all now.

 

Its actually a bonus. I get to work here, and they get to piss me off. What a great bonus....

 

I've heard I'm a recruiter here. Lol. So says some. Here's the dilly. I don't love it here. But I make #### good money. And that's what matters. I also drive safe new equipment. And my paycheck is full and On time every week. I don't worry about it. And those are some things that make Lessors worth it. I get ###### sometimes. I get it. That's the job. But more often than not, it's a good company that gives you good miles. My paychecks are almost always well over $1000, many being $1500+. How do you give that up or get mad about it? It's not for everyone here. But the money is right. And so is the equipment and being able to get things fixed in a timely manner so I can get back to trucking is extremely important to me. Think I'm a paid recruiter? Come see me and talk to me. Tow has. Cranky has. And there's a few here that I keep missing. But a paid recruiter they would try to keep happy, lol. And they stick it to me just like everyone else. It's trucking. But, as I said, my money is on time and in full every time. Some may think that Mr Shapiro is a bad guy, but he's never taken anything from me or any other driver.
