According to their website, it's a former England Exec running it. Doesn't mention flatbed.

I'm looking at them myself, they do have both FlatBed and Reefer divisions, very small company, only 75 trucks.

Have been here going on two months. Answers to some questions and my own input as follows. Yes the two owners are former England Execs, to be specific they started England Logistics. They left there and started Interide Transport. We currently have 2 reefer dispachers, both have extensive exp, 2 flatbed dispatchers the same exp. Owners, dispatchers, GM, IT guy all sit in the same open office and are very open. Currently we have 85 trucks, not sure on trailers as I pull reefer and always have a trailer. A lot of drop and hook in SLC and Detroit. I have yet to have an issue or question that has not been addressed or answered and I've asked a few!!! Not sure of the starting pay since with my record I didn't start on the bottom, negotiate. Over the years of all the fuel bonus programs I've heard about this one is the most achievable, starts at 6.8 and goes to the 9's with a minimum 8000 miles month for reefers, flats don't know. Fuel bonus paid monthly!!! Last month I earned $128 and I started on the 6th and had a couple days off. They pay a quarterly safety bonus and also inspection bonus for level 1. Insurance after 60. Trucks and trailers 3 yr or newer. No apu since they trade trucks quickly, bunk heater, HD DVR direct tv free with sunday ticket, fridge, 1500 watt inverter. Like all companies they probably have some quirks that I haven't come across yet but am confident that if they do they will be short lived. This is not a training company!!! 2 years min. Just got off my first home time and no issues. They run Rand McNally TND 760 Fleet. Elogs, email, GPS and dispatch, pretty good system and very unintrusive. One of the very cool things is the safety manager is a retired LT from the Utah Highway Patrol commercial division and does he know his ____!! He will go to bat for you and speak "cop" on your behalf, just make sure your right...Questions please, I know I forgot a few things or call Barbara in recruiting and tell her Jim in trk 365 sent ya. Yup a recruiting bonus but if your worth your salt would love to see ya here. So far so good.
