    Just a update if anyone going with them they are slowly transitioning to schneider/roehl esq training the three week course.

    Week one working the yard backing turning log books qual comm prep.

    Week 2 out with a trainer.

    Week 3 testing out.

    ATM they said they are having students work the yard with there cdl trainers for a week to ten days then out for 2 to 3 weeks. But will be moving to roehl/schneider system by november of next year.

    Oh good...another training program or so-called training program run by a trucking company that doesn't really train anybody…just another cheap labor program

    I didnt care for swifts training vs schneiders. But I agree you would think they ask the driver what they think would be the best training program.
